A rapidly growing specialty coffee brand is bringing its rich cultural traditions and unique menu to Denton County!
State filings reveal plans for a $100,000 commercial renovation project located at 11288 Legacy Drive inside the Parkway Towne Crossing shopping center in Frisco.
The project involves a 1,378-square-foot interior tenant finish-out and architectural renovation to build out a new Haraz Coffee House. The scope of work will completely transform the existing commercial space, adding new non-structural partition walls, specialized kitchen and service counter millwork, and fresh interior finishes to create their signature warm, modern atmosphere.
If you are unfamiliar with the brand, Haraz Coffee House is making massive waves for bringing authentic Yemeni coffee culture to the masses. They have built a dedicated following for their unique specialty drinks like the Harazi Mufawar (cardamom-infused coffee with cream), traditional Turkish coffee, and Adeni Chai. They are also famous for their specialty pastries, particularly their "Bee Bites," which is a signature honeycomb bread stuffed with cream cheese and drizzled with honey.
Construction on the new Frisco café is scheduled to begin later this fall on November 2, 2026, targeting a quick three-month build-out with completion expected by February 2, 2027.
