Frisco, Texas: ATUL BAKERY PREPPING $500,000 NEW LOCATION AT LEXINGTON SQUARE
Atul Bakery is bringing its international, 100% eggless bakery concept to Texas with a new location at Lexington Square in Frisco!
State filings reveal plans for a $500,000 commercial renovation project located at 10702 Coit Road (Suite 310) in Collin County. The 3,277-square-foot project involves architectural, life safety, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing additions to an existing building to prepare the new storefront.
The renowned brand, which holds a world-record baking legacy from India, specializes in 100% eggless custom cakes, pastries, and hot vegetarian snacks. While the brand currently operates multiple bakeries across states like New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Illinois, this Frisco expansion appears to be Atul Bakery's highly anticipated debut in Texas.
Construction on the new Atul Bakery is scheduled to begin this fall on November 1, 2026, targeting a three-month timeline with completion expected by February 1, 2027.
