Frisco, Texas: CULINARY DROPOUT PREPPING MASSIVE $3.1 MILLION RESTAURANT IN NEW FIELDS WEST DEVELOPMENT
Culinary Dropout, the wildly popular, high-energy dining and entertainment concept from Fox Restaurant Concepts, is bringing its unique brand of cool to the massive new Fields West development in Frisco!
State filings reveal plans for a $3,100,000 commercial construction project located at 14401 Wentwood Avenue, Suite D170. The project involves the tenant finish-out of an existing shell building to create a sprawling 9,473-square-foot Culinary Dropout location. According to the filings, this massive single-level restaurant will feature 7,253 square feet of interior space, complete with a full kitchen, bar, and restrooms, alongside a massive 2,220-square-foot patio dining area.
The restaurant is anchoring a premier spot within the highly anticipated 55-acre Fields West urban village, which is part of the sprawling 2,500-acre Fields master-planned community. Culinary Dropout will join a star-studded lineup of upscale dining and retail tenants heading to the development, including Mastro's Steakhouse and Flower Child.
Construction on the new Frisco Culinary Dropout is scheduled to kick off right after the new year on January 8, 2027, targeting a six-month build-out with completion expected by July 6, 2027.
