El Paso, Texas: JERSEY MIKE'S SUBS PREPPING $53,000 NEW LOCATION AT MINER VILLAGE ON MESA STREET
Jersey Mike's Subs is bringing its authentic fresh-sliced, fresh-grilled submarine sandwiches to the UTEP area in West El Paso!
State filings reveal plans for a $53,970 commercial renovation project located at 2900 Mesa St. (Suite K) in El Paso County. The 1,400-square-foot project involves an interior tenant improvement to build out a new Jersey Mike's shop within Building K of the Miner Village Shopping Center. The commercial center is situated directly across Mesa Street from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and the Don Haskins Center, positioning the new sandwich shop in a prime, high-traffic entertainment corridor perfectly suited to serve the university's student population and local event crowds.
Construction on the new Jersey Mike's Subs is scheduled to begin this fall on November 9, 2026, targeting a 12-month timeline with completion expected by November 9, 2027.
