WYLIE: JERSEY MIKE'S SUBS SLICING UP FRESH LOCATION ON STATE HIGHWAY 78
A popular national sandwich chain is bringing its famous hot and cold subs to Collin County!
State filings reveal plans for a $350,000 commercial finish out project located at 2205 N State Hwy 78 (Suite 400) inside the Albert Retail strip center in Wylie.
The project involves the interior tenant finish out of a 1,400 square foot "first generation" retail space. This means the suite is entirely brand new and has never been occupied. The scope of work will completely outfit the empty shell to support a new Jersey Mike's Subs restaurant, bringing in new kitchen equipment, interior walls, electrical and plumbing systems, and fresh interior finishes.
Construction on the new sub shop is scheduled to begin later this fall on November 16, 2026, targeting a rapid build out with completion expected right around the holidays on December 28, 2026.
