This address is currently home to a traditional standalone IHOP restaurant. The 5,062-square-foot project will completely convert the existing space into a dual-branded IHOP and Applebee's location. The parent company launched its very first US dual-brand location in Seguin, Texas, last year and has actively begun retrofitting existing restaurants into these hybrid models. The concept allows guests to order from both menus simultaneously—meaning you can pair an Applebee's burger with IHOP pancakes for any meal!
Construction on the restaurant conversion is scheduled to begin later this year on December 7, 2026, targeting a three-and-a-half-month turnaround with completion expected by March 22, 2027.
