San Antonio, Texas: 7 BREW PREPPING $500,000 NEW DRIVE-THRU STAND ON RIGSBY AVENUE
7 Brew Coffee is bringing its high-energy, double-lane drive-thru coffee concept to the Southeast side of San Antonio!State filings reveal plans for a $500,000 commercial construction project located at 5311 Rigsby Ave in Bexar County. The ultra-compact 510-square-foot project involves the complete ground-up construction of a new drive-thru coffee stand.Interestingly, current retail directories and real estate listings indicate that the 5311 Rigsby Avenue address is currently occupied by a Jack in the Box restaurant sitting on a 0.77-acre lot. Because 7 Brew utilizes prefabricated, modular buildings with exceptionally small footprints, it is highly likely that this coffee stand is being built as a pad site development in the existing commercial parking lot. The location sits in a heavy industrial sector right off I-410—near a massive 1.6-million-square-foot H-E-B logistics facility—making it perfectly situated to capture quick, high-volume commuter and daytime warehouse traffic.
Construction on the new 7 Brew is scheduled to begin early next year on January 4, 2027, targeting a rapid modular installation timeline with completion expected by March 16, 2027.
