State filings reveal plans for a $1,500,000 commercial construction project located at 1080 S Fort Hood St. The project involves the ground up construction of a new 510 square foot 7 Brew coffee shop. Known for their high energy service, double lane drive thru models, and massive menu of custom coffees, energy drinks, and smoothies, this new multi million dollar investment will give Killeen residents another highly convenient spot to grab their daily caffeine fix. The rapidly growing brand already operates a popular stand in town over on West Stan Schlueter Loop.
Construction on the new South Fort Hood Street 7 Brew is scheduled to begin next spring on March 8, 2027, targeting a quick four month build out with completion expected by July 9, 2027.
