Richardson, Texas: KUNAFA FACTORY PREPPING $85,000 NEW LOCATION AT VICTORY SHOPS
A popular Middle Eastern dessert spot is expanding into Dallas County!
State filings reveal plans for an $85,000 commercial renovation project located at 600 S Sherman St (Suite 108A) within the Victory Shops Lala Market in Richardson. The 1,900-square-foot project involves an interior remodel of an existing suite to serve as the new home for Kunafa Factory. The scope of work will outfit the space to support their specialized bakery operations and a storefront where they will serve up their signature stretchy, cheese-filled, syrup-soaked desserts.
Construction on the new Richardson bakery is scheduled to begin soon on November 15, 2026, targeting a quick month-and-a-half turnaround with completion expected by January 1, 2027.
