State filings reveal plans for a $750,000 commercial construction project located at 1510 W. Main Street in Midlothian. The 6,445-square-foot project involves the complete ground-up construction of a new QuikTrip convenience store, which will also feature retail gasoline sales. This upcoming location will provide local drivers and daily commuters with another highly convenient stop right along the West Main Street corridor.
Construction on the new QuikTrip is scheduled to kick off next summer on July 1, 2027, targeting a roughly six-month build-out with completion expected just ahead of the holidays on December 20, 2027.
