Katy, Texas: FACE FOUNDRIÉ PREPPING $150,000 NEW FACIAL BAR AT LACENTERRA
A popular focused facial bar is bringing its accessible skincare concept to Cinco Ranch!
State filings reveal plans for a $150,000 commercial renovation project located at 23501 Cinco Ranch Boulevard (Suite E170) within the LaCenterra shopping center in Fort Bend County. The 1,600-square-foot project involves an interior tenant improvement to build out a brand new location for Face Foundrié. The rapidly expanding franchise specializes in efficient, approachable skincare services, offering quick 20-to-40-minute focused facials, lash lifts, and brow waxing in a modern environment. The build-out will transform an existing retail space, outfitting it with new partition walls, finishes, and the necessary mechanical and plumbing systems for their specialized skincare equipment.
Construction on the new Katy Face Foundrié is scheduled to begin this fall on November 18, 2026, targeting a swift three-month timeline with completion expected by February 18, 2027.
