Houston, Texas - FACE FOUNDRIÉ PREPPING NEW $150,000 FACIAL BAR IN HISTORIC SWIFT BUILDING
Face Foundrié is bringing its popular open concept facial bar to the Houston Heights!
State filings reveal plans for a $150,000 commercial renovation project located at 621 Waverly Street, Suite 140, situated inside the highly anticipated Swift Building development. The 1,591 square foot project involves an interior tenant improvement to transform the existing space into a new Face Foundrié location.
The scope of work includes adding new partition walls, custom finishes, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems specifically designed to support their specialized skincare equipment and fixtures.
The Swift Building itself is a stunning adaptive reuse project reimagining a historic 1909 meatpacking and refinery plant into a modern, light filled creative campus right on the Heights Hike and Bike Trail.
Once open, this new Face Foundrié will offer the Heights community their signature menu of approachable 20 to 40 minute focused facials, brow treatments, and lash services in a vibrant setting.
Construction on the new Heights facial bar is scheduled to begin this fall on November 2, 2026, with a targeted completion date of February 1, 2027.
