Georgetown, Texas: AUSTIN HEART PREPPING $750,000 NEW CLINIC IN SUN CITY
A premier cardiovascular practice is expanding its services with a new clinic location in Georgetown!
State filings reveal plans for a $750,000 commercial renovation project located at 105 Wildwood Drive in Williamson County. The 3,105-square-foot project involves an interior tenant improvement to build out two suites (101 and 103) within the existing Woodlake Commercial shell space. The new facility will serve as the Austin Heart Sun City Clinic, providing specialized cardiology and vascular care for residents in the rapidly growing 55+ active adult community of Sun City and the surrounding Georgetown area. The build-out will fully outfit the suites with the necessary clinical, exam, and administrative spaces to support their cardiovascular specialists.
Construction on the new Austin Heart clinic is scheduled to begin this fall on November 1, 2026, targeting a six-month timeline with completion expected by May 1, 2027.
