State filings reveal plans for a $500,000 commercial renovation project located at 210 Blue Springs Blvd (Suite 102) within The Junction development in Georgetown.
The project involves the interior finish-out of a 3,000-square-foot space to accommodate a new location of Another Nine. The scope of work will transform the existing commercial space into a 24/7 indoor golf simulator facility featuring five private, self-service suites equipped with Trackman simulators, seating areas, and refrigerators. The layout will also include a small putting green, one restroom, and storage spaces.
Construction on the new Georgetown location is scheduled to begin very soon on November 16, 2026, targeting a quick build-out with completion expected by January 31, 2027.
