State filings reveal plans for a $350,000 commercial renovation project located at 12244 Interstate 45 North, Spaces P7 and P8, within the Market at Willis shopping center. The 3,121-square-foot project involves the interior build-out of an existing retail shell space to make way for a new Bath & Body Works store. This new location will offer Willis residents a highly convenient spot to shop the brand's popular collection of candles, fine fragrances, body care products, and home scents without having to drive south into Conroe.
Construction on the new Willis Bath & Body Works is scheduled to begin right after the new year on January 4, 2027, targeting a quick two-and-a-half-month build-out with completion expected by March 19, 2027.
