The massive 4,315-square-foot project involves the interior tenant finish-out of an existing lease space to create the first Dave's Hot Chicken in the area. This location will finally bring their famous halal chicken tenders, sliders, and seven spice levels (ranging from "No Spice" to "Reaper") to Tyler residents.
Construction on the new Tyler Dave's Hot Chicken is scheduled to kick off this fall on November 30, 2026, targeting a build-out of roughly four-and-a-half months with completion expected by April 16, 2027.
