Tomball, Texas: BODYBAR PILATES PREPPING $135,000 NEW STUDIO AT TOMBALL TOWN CENTER
BODYBAR Pilates is bringing its popular reformer-based fitness concept to Tomball Town Center!
State filings reveal plans for a $135,744 commercial renovation project located at 14080 FM 2920 Road (Suite 1408C) in Harris County. The 2,975-square-foot project involves an interior remodel of an existing retail suite to build out the brand-new BODYBAR Pilates studio. The scope of work for the tenant space includes demolition, framing, new electrical and HVAC ductwork, updated plumbing fixtures, drywall, insulation, painting, and the installation of new flooring and tile. Once completed, the studio will offer instructor-led classes centered around the Pilates Reformer, providing residents with a new destination for strength, flexibility, and core conditioning workouts.
Construction on the new Tomball BODYBAR Pilates is scheduled to begin this week on October 19, 2026, targeting a three-month build-out with completion expected by January 18, 2027.
