THE WOODLANDS: POPULAR WESTERN BRAND "ARIAT" BOOTING UP NEW STORE AT THE WOODLANDS MALL
A popular Western performance and lifestyle brand is bringing a brand-new retail store to Montgomery County!
State filings reveal plans for a $1,100,000 commercial renovation project located at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive (Suite 1212) inside The Woodlands Mall.
The project involves the interior build-out of a 7,399-square-foot existing mercantile space. The scope of work will outfit the retail suite to support a new Ariat store, transforming the location with new fixtures and finishes to showcase their extensive inventory.
If you are unfamiliar with the brand, Ariat is widely known for its high-quality Western wear, performance riding boots, work boots, and casual lifestyle apparel. They have built a dedicated following among both equestrian athletes and those who love Western fashion, offering everything from classic cowboy boots and durable denim to modern country style.
Construction on the new mall storefront is scheduled to kick off next spring on March 1, 2027, targeting a near four-month build-out with completion expected by June 21, 2027.
