What's happening with LA FITNESS in Sachse
LA FITNESS UPGRADING SACHSE LOCATION TO PREMIUM "ELEVATE" CONCEPT:A major gym chain is bringing a high-end wellness upgrade to Collin County!
State filings reveal plans for an $800,000 commercial renovation project located at 7720 S. State Hwy 78 in Sachse.
The project involves a full interior remodel of the existing 33,990-square-foot LA Fitness facility to completely convert it into an "Elevate" club.
The scope of work will include HVAC and electrical modifications, comprehensive interior improvements, and brand-new exterior signage to reflect the updated concept.
If you are unfamiliar with the name, "LA Fitness Elevate" is the parent company's new premium evolution of the traditional LA Fitness club. The upgraded Elevate model combines modern training equipment, dedicated recovery zones, wellness amenities, and a high-end interior design into one elevated health club experience.
Construction on the facility conversion is scheduled to begin later this year on December 1, 2026, targeting a phased, year-long renovation with completion expected by December 1, 2027.
