Desert Cow BBQ & Taproom will be located at 7109 Katy Gaston Road (Suite 110), the upcoming restaurant will feature a full BBQ menu alongside a taproom experience for the local community.
While an official grand opening date has not been set just yet, the owners are actively working behind the scenes to get the space ready. Once they officially open their doors, the restaurant is planning to offer late-night service, operating from 11:00 AM to midnight Sunday through Thursday, and staying open until 2:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
