PASADENA: LOCAL FAVORITE LITTLE TOKYO SUSHI BAR BUILDING $3 MILLION STANDALONE RESTAURANT
A popular local sushi spot is officially building its brand new home in Harris County!
State filings reveal plans for a $3,000,000 commercial construction project located at 3930 Burke Road in Pasadena. The project involves the ground-up new construction of a 5,625-square-foot Japanese restaurant and sushi bar.
This exciting development comes after Little Tokyo closed its long-time strip-mall location on Fairmont Parkway back in May 2026, promising fans that a new home was coming soon near Burke and Fairmont.
Construction on the new standalone restaurant is scheduled to begin later this year on November 25, 2026, targeting a seven-month build-out with completion expected by June 25, 2027.
