State filings reveal plans for a $300,000 commercial construction project located at 371 N State Hwy 78 (Suite 100) inside the Elevon West shopping center in Lavon.
The project involves the interior finish-out of a 2,798 square foot "first generation" restaurant space within the existing shopping center. The scope of work will outfit the brand new, previously unoccupied space to serve as a new Starwood Cafe.
Construction on the new Lavon restaurant is scheduled to begin very soon on November 16, 2026, targeting an early spring completion by March 29, 2027.
