Located at 255 Kyle Park Avenue, the project involves the complete ground up construction of a 42,556 square foot health and fitness club. As part of the multi-million dollar build, the scope of work also details a dedicated 2,558 square foot outdoor exercise area.
Construction on the new Kyle EOS Fitness is scheduled to kick off this winter on December 18, 2026, targeting an exact one year build out with completion expected by December 18, 2027.
