A popular Dallas based brunch and bakery cafe is bringing its scratch made comfort food to Justin!
State filings reveal plans for a $500,000 commercial renovation project located at 402 Justin Lane (Suite 408) in Denton County.
The project involves the initial interior build out of a 2,626 square foot existing shell space to house a brand new Crickles & Co. restaurant. The scope of work will outfit the empty retail suite with a full commercial kitchen and dining room to support their popular all day breakfast and lunch service.
If you are unfamiliar with the brand, Crickles & Co. originated in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas and has built a loyal following for its homey, nostalgic menu. They serve up fluffy buttermilk pancakes, savory omelettes, signature sandwiches, and a wide variety of fresh baked muffins and cookies alongside espresso drinks and cold brew.
Construction on the new Justin brunch spot is scheduled to begin very soon on November 2, 2026, targeting a quick three month build out with completion expected by February 2, 2027.
