The expansive 127,756-square-foot project involves the ground-up new construction of a massive warehouse building that will also feature a dedicated two-story interior office space. This major multi-million-dollar investment will provide a massive new corporate footprint and distribution hub for the rapidly growing manufacturer, cementing its central presence in Harris County.
Construction on the new NewTechWood headquarters is scheduled to kick off early next year on January 1, 2027, targeting a full year of site work and construction with completion expected by January 1, 2028.
