Fort Worth, Texas: FOXLINK PREPPING $8.3 MILLION PHASE 2 FACILITY UPGRADES AT ALLIANCETEXAS
A global technology manufacturer is rapidly expanding its groundbreaking new Fort Worth operations!
State filings reveal plans for an $8,300,000 commercial renovation project located at 4600 Alliance Gateway Freeway in Tarrant County. The 46,996-square-foot project represents "Phase 2.2" of ongoing facility upgrades for Foxlink Texas. The Taiwan-based manufacturer officially launched this AllianceTexas site just months ago in July 2026 as its first U.S. "AI Factory."
Foxlink is using this Texas location to pioneer a major operational shift, transitioning from a traditional electronics manufacturing services provider into an AI-driven smart factory operator. The company is actively deploying physical AI systems and robotics directly onto the factory floor to automate its surface mount technology and final assembly processes. This localized automation is designed to improve production flexibility and reduce changeover costs.
This multi-million dollar next phase involves significant interior and exterior modifications, featuring selective demolition, new interior partitions, updated finishes, and building system enhancements to further support these high-tech manufacturing capabilities and respond to North American demand for localized supply chains.
Construction on the Phase 2.2 facility upgrades is scheduled to begin this fall on October 20, 2026, targeting a swift three-month timeline with completion expected by January 15, 2027.
