What's happening with CHICK-FIL-A in Fort Worth
CHICK-FIL-A TO REPLACE FORMER CVS IN FORT WORTH: Chick-fil-A is bringing a brand-new restaurant to Tarrant County!
State filings reveal plans for a $4,500,000 commercial project located at 1201 N. Beach St in Fort Worth.
Interestingly, this address is currently home to a vacant, former CVS Pharmacy building. The scope of work calls for the ground-up construction of a 4,790-square-foot quick-service restaurant featuring their signature drive-thru and standalone canopies. Because this is registered as a ground-up build rather than a tenant retrofit, it is highly likely the existing pharmacy structure will be fully demolished to make way for the new Chick-fil-A footprint and custom drive-thru routing.
Construction on the new Fort Worth location is scheduled to begin this summer on June 7, 2027, targeting a five-month build-out with completion expected by November 11, 2027.
