Upscale national dining brand Steak 48 operated by the celebrated Mastro family through Prime Steak Concepts is finally bringing its highly anticipated contemporary steakhouse to Dallas!
State filings reveal plans for a massive $4,072,458 commercial construction project located at 4829 McKinney Avenue in the Knox-Henderson area (at the corner of McKinney and Monticello avenues). The sprawling 16,297-square-foot project involves the ground-up new construction and complete tenant finish-out of a premier full-service restaurant.
While the brand opened its first Texas outpost in Houston a decade ago, this massive new Knox-Henderson development will officially mark their expansion into the Dallas market and, based on the filed square footage, will become their largest location in the state. The brand is known for its high-end menu, strict dress codes, and opulent designs, with early reports suggesting the Dallas location may even feature second-floor poolside dining and private glass-encased booths.
Construction on this multi-million-dollar luxury dining hub is scheduled to kick off just after the new year on January 4, 2027, targeting an 11-month build-out with completion expected right before the holidays on December 4, 2027.
