State filings reveal plans for a $599,000 commercial renovation project located at 1306 W Davis Street, Suite A, within the Town North Shopping Center. The large 13,605 square foot project involves the interior tenant finish out of an existing retail structure to make way for the new footwear and apparel store. This new retail destination will take over a major anchor suite, joining active co-tenants in the center like Planet Fitness and School of Rock to bring a dedicated Skechers storefront to the busy West Davis Street corridor.
Construction on the new Conroe Skechers is scheduled to kick off right after the new year on January 4, 2027, targeting a quick three month build out with completion expected by April 5, 2027.
