CEDAR PARK: POPULAR TEXAS-THEMED RESTAURANT "HAYWIRE" BUILDING $5 MILLION STANDALONE LOCATION
A highly anticipated, Texas-inspired dining destination is bringing a large new restaurant to Williamson County.
State filings reveal plans for a $5,000,000 commercial construction project located at 805 E. New Hope Drive in Cedar Park.
The project involves the ground-up new construction of a sprawling 14,284-square-foot restaurant. The scope of work for this new build specifically includes the addition of both covered and uncovered outdoor patio areas.
Created by Dallas-based FB Society, Haywire is an upscale, farm-to-fork Texas kitchen known for its elk tacos, Gulf Coast ceviche, and an extensive local whiskey selection. This upcoming Cedar Park build will serve as the brand's sixth Texas location, joining their existing restaurants across the state in Plano (Legacy West), Dallas (Uptown), Houston (Memorial City), San Antonio (La Cantera), and their other Austin-area spot at Domain Northside.
Construction on the new ground-up build is scheduled to begin in the spring on March 1, 2027, targeting an eight-month turnaround with completion expected by November 1, 2027.
