Titled "Project Longhorn - Building One," the massive 498,165-square-foot facility marks the start of a brand new campus. The scope of work encompasses the ground-up construction of a one-story pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), complete civil site work, structural elements, and MEPF trades designed for primary Data Center (S-1) and Business (B) occupancy, with an accessory Assembly (A-2) use. Global architecture and design firm Gensler is attached to lead the design.
