Austin, Texas: FS8 PILATES PREPPING $200,000 NEW STUDIO AT THE WEST WOODS
FS8 is bringing its innovative fusion of Pilates, tone, and yoga to The West Woods in Austin!
State filings reveal plans for a $200,000 commercial renovation project located at 3201 Bee Cave Road (Unit #130) in Travis County. The 2,000-square-foot project involves the interior tenant improvement of an existing commercial space to build out a brand-new FS8 studio, complete with a dedicated lobby, restrooms, and a main workout floor. The fitness concept focuses on blending traditional reformer and mat Pilates with yoga and strength training for a low-impact, high-intensity full-body workout. State records confirm the tenant is providing the private funds for the interior renovation.
Construction on the new FS8 Pilates is scheduled to begin this fall on November 1, 2026, targeting a four-month timeline with completion expected by March 1, 2027.
