State filings reveal plans for a $900,000 commercial project located at the intersection of US Hwy 75 and County Road 368. The 3,650-square-foot project involves a first-generation tenant upfit, transforming an existing shell building into a vibrant, full-service restaurant. The extensive interior build-out will feature entirely new finishes and complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to support their scratch kitchen. Additionally, the project includes a limited exterior scope to install a brand-new covered patio for outdoor dining.
Construction on the new Anna cafe is scheduled to kick off in early 2028 on February 7, targeting a quick four-month turnaround with completion expected just in time for summer on June 16, 2028.
